- ✈️ Manage end-to-end holiday package operations.

- 🤝 Coordinate closely with the Sales & Reservations teams for seamless execution.
- 📞 Handle booking amendments, cancellations and special customer requirements.
- 🚨 Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues quickly.
- 💬 Communicate with vendors and ensure timely confirmations.
- 📊 Maintain accurate booking, vendor and operational records.
