Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, supporting the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print media. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with layout design, preparing graphics and illustrations, refining logo concepts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and project managers, incorporating feedback, and preparing files for production or delivery. The Junior Graphic Designer will also help adapt designs for various platforms and maintain an organized library of design assets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying cohesive brand identities.
Understanding of Typography and its use in layout, hierarchy, and readability.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent software).
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and openness to constructive feedback.
Basic knowledge of design for both digital and print formats and an interest in staying current with design trends.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
