Role Description The BPM Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for designing and implementing business process management solutions that support enterprise needs. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable BPM architectures, defining process flows, and ensuring integration with existing systems and services. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business analysts and development teams, creating architectural design documents, reviewing technical implementations, and guiding software development efforts related to BPM platforms. The BPM Architect also participates in project planning, provides technical leadership during implementation, and supports performance optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of BPM solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable BPM solutions.
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including working with BPM platforms, APIs, and related tools.
Practical knowledge of Integration, including integrating BPM workflows with enterprise applications, data sources, and external services.
Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and delivery of BPM-related initiatives.
Experience in financial services or enterprise technology environments is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with industry-standard BPM tools, software development lifecycle practices, and quality assurance processes.
