Role Details:
Create seasonal concepts and develop collection design directions
Coordinate with Designers for seasonal inputs and range planning
Conduct seasonal market surveys to analyze trends and competition
Develop and present seasonal concepts for approval and finalization
Prepare seasonal range boards and support trade show organization
Create detailed sample indents with specs, artworks, and colorways
Provide feedback to the sampling merchandiser and approve final samples
Drive product and design innovation across garments, fabrics, styling, and fits
Prepare and share PD briefs for new developments
Who can apply:
3+ years of experience in design industry
Fashion/Knitwear/Apparel design graduates (NIFT/NID)(Bachelor/Master)
Strong understanding of seasonal trend research and market analysis
Knowledge of garment construction, fits, fabrics, and sampling processes
