Business Analyst Intern

Responsibilities :
Analyse and interpret business data to generate insights and support decision-making through dashboards and reports.
Create and manage configs for clients based on business requirements and product specifications.
Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Identify gaps and opportunities for business growth and process optimization.
Support in the planning and execution of strategic and operational initiatives across teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed on fintech trends and best practices.
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in data, reports, and configurations.
Skills Required :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Hands-on experience with Advance Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, reports).
Ability to understand client requirements and create accurate configs based on business logic.
Familiarity with fintech workflows, especially related to school fee payments and financial operations, is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Product, Program Management, and Operations teams.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with a learning mindset and ownership attitude.
Passionate about financial inclusion and using technology to solve real-world challenges in the education sector.
