Job description:
Teamcenter Solution Architect
Own the end-to-end Teamcenter solution blueprint covering Part, Document, BOM, Change, Quality, Compliance and Supplier Collaboration processes.
Translate harmonized business processes into a configured solution design: data model, workflows, revision and release strategy, naming rules, LOV/classification and access control.
Lead solution design sprints, CRP demonstrations and design validation, driving decisions to closure within the sprint timebox and capturing sign-off.
Design the Active Workspace experience, role-based dashboards, saved searches, reports and visualization to maximize usability and adoption.
Define the integration solution design — functional flows, data contracts, error handling and reconciliation — with ERP, MES, MCAD/ECAD, SupplyFrame and EDW.
Own requirement-to-design-to-test traceability and ensure every signed requirement lands in the build backlog with acceptance criteria.
Maintain the configuration-versus-customization register, driving OOTB adoption and shepherding exceptions through customization governance.
Define the migration solution design: data scope, mapping rules, cleansing criteria, mock-run exit criteria and business validation approach.
Guide build sprints and review configurations for design fidelity; arbitrate cross-track design conflicts before they reach the critical path.
Establish the solution baseline and manage design impact analysis for every change request through the Change Control Board.
Support SIT and UAT with end-to-end scenario design, defect triage and rapid solution-level root-cause decisions.
