Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in software development and system architecture.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application architectures.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation.
Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability concepts.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integration technologies.
Management Skills

Budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management experience.
