Role Description The Civil Engineer role at Accendia Technologies Pvt. Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing civil engineering projects, including site layouts, infrastructure components, and stormwater management systems. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering drawings and reports, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves performing technical calculations, supporting project execution, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to align civil engineering work with broader project objectives. The Civil Engineer will also participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site development, infrastructure layout, and technical documentation.
Experience in Planning of civil projects, encompassing scheduling, resource coordination, and compliance with regulations.
Understanding of Stormwater Management concepts and methods, including drainage design and related environmental considerations.
Hands-on experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards; familiarity with relevant design software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to project needs and evolving organizational requirements.
