Role Description The Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasik. This role involves managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related hardware and software, to ensure stable and secure operations. The specialist will perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for network and system issues, as well as coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and upgrades. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining security controls, documenting configurations and procedures, and contributing to infrastructure improvement projects. The role also requires providing hands-on technical support to users, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT-related problems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology, with experience managing infrastructure components.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Network Security practices, including firewalls, access control, and basic security compliance.
Candidates should possess good documentation and communication skills to record configurations, create guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation) would be beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Nasik, manage priorities under time constraints, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
