Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Graphic Designer will create visual materials that support departmental communication, including digital and print designs such as posters, infographics, brochures, and social media assets. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, and refining graphics based on feedback from internal teams. The role involves collaborating with project managers and technical staff to translate complex irrigation and water management information into clear, accessible visuals. The Graphic Designer will also help maintain consistent branding standards across all communication channels and ensure files are properly organized and ready for production.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including visual composition and layout.
Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and arrange type for clarity and impact.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear visual communication materials.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
