About the Opportunity:
The STAFF PRODUCT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST role is designed to bridge product development and operational delivery, ensuring successful organizational adaptation to new products and changes. This position is critical in preparing teams and workflows for product launches, managing change impact, and fostering continuous improvement. By coordinating cross-functional efforts, the specialist helps enhance patient care experiences and supports scalable growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop scalable strategies for organizational readiness concerning new products and processes
Assess change impacts across teams, workflows, policies, tools, training, and patient interactions
Create and manage rollout and adoption plans with multiple stakeholders
Translate technical product changes into clear communications, training, and documentation
Collaborate with Product Managers and TPMs to integrate operational readiness into launches
Coordinate pilots, phased releases, and internal testing with defined success criteria
Monitor rollout outcomes, resolve post-launch issues, and drive improvements
Establish feedback collection systems from patients and internal users
Analyze feedback to identify actionable themes and systemic issues
Ensure early integration of frontline insights into product planning
Enhance product development processes, tooling, and planning rituals
Facilitate stakeholder input and support cross-functional initiatives without clear ownership
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related fields
Proven ability to build processes and programs in fast-paced settings
Experience managing complex product launches or organizational rollouts
Strong skills in change management, including stakeholder communication and adoption tracking
Ability to convert qualitative and quantitative feedback into product improvements
Effective cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority
Excellent written communication simplifying complex changes
Capable of handling strategic and tactical work
Familiarity with internal operational tools and workflows
Healthcare or health-tech experience preferred but not required
Experience with AI-enabled or complex technical products is a plus
Background in high-growth or scale-up companies is strongly preferred
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
