About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll join a small, newly formed Product function at Giant, owning discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping and delivery for a defined part of our product portfolio, spanning the internal systems that keep Giant running and the external products our workers, agencies and clients use every day.
This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity: you'll help move Giant from a change-request-driven process to an agile, product-led way of working, running your own backlog and ceremonies with Engineering. You'll be one of the people setting the standard for how product works at Giant, a genuine bar raiser whose own approach to discovery, craft and delivery lifts the bar for everyone who joins the function after you.
Key responsibilities
Own discovery for your product area, talking directly to users and stakeholders to find and validate problems worth solving.
Own prioritisation and roadmapping, working with the Head of Product to decide what gets built, and when.
Turn priorities into a clear, visible backlog of user stories, replacing change-request documents as the way work gets captured.
Run your own agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, retros and stand-ups, working closely with Engineering day to day.
Own delivery end to end, including QA, while keeping genuinely high-governance work (payroll, compliance) properly controlled.
Measure the impact of what ships, including adoption, defect rates, time saved and customer feedback, and feed it back into the roadmap.
Get hands-on in design and prototyping, and in tools like Jira and Miro, to test and ship your own ideas.
Build close working relationships across Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
Help drive real change in how Giant works, championing agile, outcome-led ways of working.
Support other Product Managers as the function grows.
About you
You will ideally have 5+ years in product management, with a track record of owning a product area end to end, from discovery through to measurable impact, not just managing a backlog.
You will also be:
Comfortable with ambiguity, and confident driving change without a well-established process to lean on
Experienced running agile ceremonies and partnering closely with Engineering, day to day
Skilled at building a product roadmap and setting outcome-based goals (OKRs or similar)
Comfortable operating in both B2B and B2C environments
Hands-on with design: confident creating and iterating on wireframes and prototypes yourself
Comfortable pulling and analysing your own data to track metrics and measure impact, without a dedicated analyst to rely on
An excellent stakeholder manager, confident with technical and non-technical audiences alike
Genuinely curious about the end user behind every requirement, not just a system's behaviour
