Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for on-site teams in Delhi. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes with department heads, managing HR documentation and employee records, handling payroll inputs and benefits administration in partnership with finance, and addressing employee relations matters. The HR Manager will also lead training and development initiatives, conduct periodic HR audits, support organizational change efforts, and provide strategic HR insights to leadership to align people practices with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies.
Ability to design and manage training, learning, and development programs to support capability building and career growth.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the IT services, rentals, or related industries.
