About the Role
You build and send the email and SMS that drive our DTC revenue. Pro Standard sells licensed sports apparel direct to consumer across the US, Mexico, Canada, and the UK, and this role is the hands-on engine of our lifecycle program — building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, loading them, testing them, and getting them out on time and error-free.
You work closely with our US CRM and creative teams, so your hours align with the US business day. And we move at the speed of sport — when a moment hits, the email has to go out fast and clean. This is a detail-obsessed, in-the-platform role for someone who takes pride in flawless sends.
What You'll Own
Campaign builds. Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo — segments, content blocks, links, and dynamic product feeds.
Lifecycle flows. Build and maintain flows to brief — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, browse — and keep them current, not stale.
Segmentation. Build and manage segments and lists, and keep suppression and list hygiene clean.
QA & deliverability. Test every send — links, rendering, personalization, product feeds — before it goes, and help keep the list healthy and inboxing.
Calendar execution. Turn the CRM calendar into scheduled, on-time sends, and turn reactive sports moments around fast.
Reporting. Pull campaign and flow performance and flag what's working and what isn't.
Multi-market support. Support US, Canada, and UK email and SMS, and Mexico email (Mexico is email-only, no SMS).
AI-assisted execution. Use our AI tools to speed up building, QA, and reporting.

What We're Looking For
3+ years hands-on in email/CRM marketing, ideally for a DTC ecommerce brand.
Hands-on Klaviyo (or a similar ESP) — you build campaigns, flows, and segments yourself.
Sharp attention to detail — you catch the broken link, the wrong product, the bad merge tag before it sends.
Comfort with data and reporting.
Strong written English.
Able to work a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office.
AI-savvy and eager to automate routine build and QA work.
