GCMS Lead

Role Purpose:
Lead PMO engagement delivery for global tax, accounting and other compliance services.
Oversee the service delivery team and ensure high-quality and timely outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact for leadership teams and Local Member Firms.
Support business growth while strengthening client centricity and satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategy and Leadership: Support the development of global KDN solutions aligned with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
Service Delivery Management: Lead and oversee delivery of PMO engagements for global compliance services across tax, accounting and related areas.
Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement, process streamlining and automation across solutions.
Quality Management: Implement quality assurance processes and controls to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Technology and Innovation: Standardize delivery processes and lead technology initiatives, including AI and other tools.
Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with leadership teams, KDN stakeholders and Local Member Firms; manage complex situations and escalations.
Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities linked to global compliance services.
People Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, promote continuous learning, build an inclusive culture and support engagement initiatives.
Operations Management: Support budget planning, hiring, utilization, leverage, bench management and committed revenue growth.
Compliance and Risk Management: Manage delivery risks and support compliance across direct tax, indirect tax, local tax, transfer pricing, Pillar 2, statutory financial statements and related compliance assignments.
Collaboration: Work across in-house and cross-functional teams and support proposal discussions.
Mandatory Technical and Functional Skills :
15–20 years of leadership experience in global delivery models for global compliance services.
Experience shaping global KDN solutions aligned with business goals.
Ability to lead budget planning, hiring, utilization, leverage and committed revenue growth.
Broad understanding of international tax and cross-border compliance, including withholding, transfer pricing and permanent establishment risks.
Ability to research and critically examine new tax pronouncements and form an informed point of view.
Experience managing complex stakeholder situations and senior relationships.
Experience in leadership roles within a professional services firm, Big 4,IT-enabled services organization or PMO captive.
Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models.
Experience in global delivery models for global compliance services, including team management and senior stakeholder management.
Experience coordinating end-to-end global compliance assignments covering direct tax, indirect tax, local tax, transfer pricing, Pillar 2, statutory financial statements and related compliances.
Strong understanding of global compliance management and reporting across tax and accounting.
Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications and Mobility
University degree.
PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
Background in global compliance management and reporting across tax and accounting compliances.
Flexibility across engagement types, working hours, work environments and locations.
Ability to travel internationally.
