Role Description This is a contract, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru South. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stages with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines through multiple channels, maintaining accurate candidate data, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with operations and business teams to understand staffing needs, support volume hiring for logistics and support roles, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, preparing regular hiring reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, communication, and negotiation to engage candidates effectively and collaborate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
Candidates should possess data and process orientation, with the ability to use applicant tracking systems, maintain accurate records, and report on hiring metrics.
Relevant experience in high-volume hiring, logistics, e-commerce, or operations-focused roles is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with Indian labor practices.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
