Head of Field Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Field Marketing based in the United States.
This is a senior marketing leadership role responsible for shaping and executing field marketing strategy across North America.
You will translate global marketing priorities into localized programs that drive demand, pipeline, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
The role spans Life Science, Pharma, Diagnostics, BioPharma, Academic, and Government Research markets.
You will partner closely with sales and commercial leaders to align marketing investments with regional business objectives.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership of campaigns, events, customer programs, and market intelligence initiatives.
You will also build and develop a high-performing field marketing team while promoting innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
