Senior HR Business Partner

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business growth, organizational development, and employee engagement.
You will work closely with leaders and managers to shape people strategies across talent, performance, compensation, development, and employee relations.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on HR leadership, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
You will help strengthen organizational culture while coaching leaders and supporting employees through complex workplace matters.
The role also involves HR compliance, systems, policy development, and collaboration with Total Rewards and enterprise HR teams.
Success will require strong business judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to turn people priorities into practical business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the St. Louis, Missouri office and two days remotely, as business needs allow.
