Software Engineer

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Programmer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to support our healthcare and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
Translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
Develop custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo application and technical issues.
Perform testing, code reviews, deployment, and system maintenance.
Work closely with functional and business teams to understand requirements.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems.
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in Odoo module development and customization.
Good understanding of Odoo ORM, security, workflows, and reporting.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Odoo 16, 17, or 18.
Knowledge of ERP processes such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales.
Experience working with healthcare or service-based organizations will be an advantage.
