Role Description The IT Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for enterprise clients. This role involves defining project scope, timelines, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; and managing risks, dependencies, and budgets. The IT Project Manager will facilitate stakeholder communication, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing change requests, and maintaining documentation and governance standards. The role also requires collaboration with architects and business consultants to ensure that solutions meet quality, compliance, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to define roadmaps, manage milestones, and oversee multiple workstreams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates should possess robust Information Technology knowledge to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand enterprise systems and architectures.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, lead meetings, and produce clear project documentation and reports.
Experience managing IT projects in areas such as Cloud, Data Analytics, or AI-driven solutions is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment using standard project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
