User Interface Designer

Role Description The User Interface Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces for TenderPe’s web and mobile products. This full-time, on-site role in South Delhi involves translating product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and front-end developers to ensure consistent user experiences across the platform. Day-to-day tasks include creating design systems, refining interaction patterns, conducting design reviews, and iterating on feedback to improve usability and accessibility. The role also includes maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and contributing to continuous enhancement of the product’s look and feel.
Qualifications
Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clean, modern, and accessible layouts.
Experience with Mockups and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to communicate design concepts effectively.
Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
Basic to intermediate Front-End Development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience working on web or mobile products, preferably in fintech or B2B platforms.
Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/visual design work.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
