📢 We’re Hiring | HR Assistant
Homez & Own is looking for an HR Assistant who can assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
• Male/Female candidates can apply
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Word/Docs and maintaining records
• Resume screening & shortlisting
• Candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
• Candidate alignment for interviews
• Support in onboarding and joining formalities
• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
• Good communication and coordination skills
📍 Location: Sector 136, Noida
💼 Experience: 6 months+ in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
