As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our Kyiv operations. You'll cultivate a seamless and productive environment that empowers the ARX Robotics team to focus on what they do best: building the future of autonomous systems.

You will independently manage the administrative, organizational, and travel support functions that are crucial to our team's success.

What You Bring
A natural talent for organization, combined with an exceptional eye for detail.
Proficiency in the Google Workspace environment, particularly with Google Sheets or Excel.
Strong and clear communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (B1 level or higher).
The ability to calmly navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-starting mindset, with the ability to own tasks from inception to completion.
A genuine, service-oriented approach focused on enabling the success and well-being of the team.
The integrity and discretion required to handle confidential company information.
The foresight to anticipate needs and solve challenges before they become problems.
