About the role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Solar Course Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training in Solar PV installation and related technical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Solar PV systems.
Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations.
Explain solar PV installation, electrical systems, safety procedures, and related technical concepts.
Prepare and deliver training materials and practical activities.
Assess trainees’ understanding and practical skills.
Maintain effective communication and a positive learning environment.
Eligibility:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Fitter or Instrumentation OR B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines OR M.Sc. Physics.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
For B.Tech candidates, minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
Certified in Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) – SCG/J00101.
Relevant Trainer Certification is preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal and practical training skills.
