IIT Foundation

We are looking for experienced and passionate faculty members to teach IIT-JEE and NEET Foundation concepts to students of Classes 9–12, along with the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge and prior experience in JEE/NEET coaching or competitive-exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach subject concepts for Classes 9–12 CBSE with an integrated JEE/NEET foundation approach.
* Prepare students for JEE/NEET-level competitive examinations** through conceptual and application-based teaching.
* Develop lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments and practice tests.
* Conduct regular tests, assessments and performance analysis.
* Provide additional academic support and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
* Focus on problem-solving, numerical/application-based questions and exam-oriented preparation.
* Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
* Coordinate with school teachers and academic coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
* Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
* Stay updated with CBSE curriculum and current JEE/NEET examination patterns.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
* B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable to the school role and CBSE requirements. CBSE states that teaching qualifications must follow applicable NCTE, government/KVS/NVS recruitment rules and CBSE provisions.
* Strong command of the subject and excellent communication skills.
Experience
* 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
* Mandatory/strongly preferred experience in JEE/NEET coaching, foundation programs, or competitive-exam preparation.
* Experience teaching Classes 9–12 is preferred.
* Experience in a reputed school, coaching institute or integrated school program will be an advantage.
