Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Head. The Business Growth Head for Tidal7 will be responsible for Business Development, Managing growth from current clients, across the Tidal7 agency services of Branding, digital marketing, Creative Services, AI Video content, Growth from Overseas markets. They will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the work to be done for the new opportunities created
Qualifications
Extensive experience in managing advertising and digital marketing clients across FMCG, BFSI, B2B, Pharma, etc.
Business Development and Sales Management skills
Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Proven track record of driving business growth
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the digital advertising industry is a must
Ideal Background experience
* The person should have 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, related areas
* At least 5 years of it should be working with a Digital Marketing Agency
* The person should have a proven track record of driving business growth
* Experience in managing large clients and defining content and digital strategy direction would be important

The role is a full time one based at our Mumbai office in Vikhroli West
