We are looking for an HR Executive who is organized, people-oriented, and interested in building hands-on experience across recruitment and core HR operations.
About the Role
As an HR Executive, you will support day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, engagement, and employee coordination.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple tasks, and wants to grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and personnel documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR communications.
Manage attendance, leave records, and regular employee data updates.
Support payroll inputs, reimbursements, and required HR documentation.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
Coordinate probation reviews and performance-related processes.
Handle basic employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Manage joining and exit formalities and ensure proper documentation.
Who Can Apply?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with relevant HR internships may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Good coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good to Have
Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Exposure to attendance, payroll coordination, or employee engagement.
Familiarity with HRMS or other HR tools.
