Genesis Code is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in Upwork business development.
What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify relevant Upwork projects and potential clients
• Analyze job posts and identify suitable opportunities
• Assist with Upwork bidding and proposal submissions
• Learn proposal writing and client communication
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain bidding and prospecting records
• Support the Business Development team with client acquisition
Requirements:
• Current Bachelor’s student or recent graduate
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills•
Basic understanding of Upwork is a plus..... training will be provided
• Good research and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
