Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Success who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients’ projects. This role involves managing end-to-end client communication, coordinating project deliverables, publishing applications across multiple platforms and ensuring smooth execution through structured project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design, operations) to manage project execution and delivery.
Handle the publishing and deployment of web, Android, iOS and other applications, ensuring timely releases and updates.
Facilitate and coordinate project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
Conduct and document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for every client meeting, ensuring clear communication of action items and sharing them promptly with clients via email.
Proactively follow up with clients on pending tasks and ensure smooth progress.
Monitor project health and escalate risks or blockers to leadership and clients as necessary.
Ensure ongoing support, adoption and success of Mogi IO’s solutions for clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in SaaS/Tech/IT services.
Hands-on understanding of mobile and web app publishing (Android Play Store, Apple App Store, and Web platforms).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare structured MoMs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).
Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong accountability.
