We need a Solutions Architect to bridge BD, Product, Engineering, and institutional clients—turning business requirements into scalable, deployable solutions from discovery to launch.
What You'll Do
Solution Design: Lead technical discovery with institutional clients to architect end-to-end Vault solutions (asset flows, NAV, fees, permissions, and risk controls).
Technical Architecture: Define implementation specs across smart contracts, APIs, wallet/custody flows, oracles, cross-chain workflows, and trade execution.
Execution & Delivery: Own specs, technical validation, integration plans, and launch readiness while mitigating delivery risks across cross-functional teams.
Scalability & Product Strategy: Standardize custom builds into reusable Vault templates, integration playbooks, and product roadmap features.
Post-Launch Growth: Handle technical escalations and identify expansion opportunities for existing partners.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical PM, implementation, or pre-sales.
Crypto/DeFi Expertise: Strong knowledge of DeFi, tokenized assets, EVM smart contracts, and ERC-4626 (familiarity with ERC-7540/7575, asynchronous redemptions, and cross-chain systems preferred).
Technical Breadth: Familiarity with APIs, custody/wallets, onchain data, oracles, KYC/KYB, and settlement systems.
Client & Execution Skills: Exceptional cross-functional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent English required; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
