We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels at the intersection of technical execution and strategic problem-solving. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a clear growth trajectory as our team and business operations continue to scale.

You will take the lead in discovering operational challenges within the organization, identifying hidden pain points, and translating them into robust technical solutions that improve internal processes.
