Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Karnataka, India. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze existing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting data-driven analysis, mapping and improving business processes, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting decision-making with actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with operations, sales, and management teams to recommend solutions, support implementation, and track results. The Business Analyst will help define metrics, monitor performance, and support ongoing optimization of business operations at Prasidh Silks.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in retail, textiles, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data visualization software.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
