Head of BIM Practice & Solutions

We're hiring: Head of BIM Practice & Solutions
📍 [Remote] | Full-time | 10 to 15 years
SuperDNA 3D Lab delivers BIM and digital twin services to construction and infrastructure clients in the US and Europe. We work across Bentley and Autodesk, and we're now building a dedicated BIM practice. We're looking for an experienced BIM leader to shape it with us.
What you will do:
Shape our BIM service offerings and how we take them to market
Understand client challenges and design the right BIM solution for them
Lead technical scoping, BIM Execution Plans, and solution proposals
Set the direction on standards, workflows, and tools
Guide the team on complex projects and client discussions
Help build our 4D sequencing capability (SYNCHRO)
What you bring:
10 to 15 years in BIM, including senior or leadership roles
Experience working directly with international clients
Strong grounding in ISO 19650, BEPs, and BIM workflows
Comfort in both technical depth and client conversations
A track record of building or shaping a BIM service, process, or team
SYNCHRO, Bentley tools, or digital twin experience is a plus.
