Web Engineer

Role Description The Intern role at Land Ventures is a part-time, remote position that supports the investment and development team with day-to-day analytical and operational tasks. Responsibilities may include conducting market and asset-level research, assisting in data collection and organization, and helping prepare presentations, memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. The intern may help evaluate potential projects by reviewing financial and operational information under guidance from senior team members. Typical activities involve collaborating via online tools, attending virtual meetings, and contributing to ongoing initiatives across real assets and infrastructure. The role is designed to offer practical experience, structured feedback, and exposure to the full lifecycle of real asset projects.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize quantitative and qualitative data.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise notes, summaries, and basic presentations.
Competence in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and virtual meeting platforms).
Interest in real assets, infrastructure, investing, or related fields, with a willingness to learn about capital deployment and project development.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in finance, business, economics, real estate, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset when working with team members and external stakeholders.
