DeFi Product Manager
Lending Protocol + Token Economics
Location: Remote · Singapore or Hong Kong preferred
Reports to: Founder / CEO
Type: Full-time
About the role
Own the product design and launch of BSOL’s decentralized lending stack and LENDX token economy. Turn on-chain lending, credit credentials (SBT / DID), and fiat on/off-ramps (Pix / SPEI and others) into a scalable product—and connect it to our existing AI underwriting, collections agents, and licensed local partners.
What you will do
Design and iterate the core on-chain lending loop: supply, borrow, rates, collateral / credit lines, liquidation, repayment, and default handling.
Lead LENDX tokenomics: utility, incentives, unlocks / vesting, governance, and risk parameters. Produce an executable economic model with simulation assumptions.
Set the Polygon product roadmap: lending pools, credit SBTs, fiat ramps, and the compliance boundary with licensed partners.
Make DeFi and AI agents (acquisition, underwriting, fraud, collections) one user journey—not two disconnected systems.
Ship PRDs, state machines, parameter sheets, and launch checklists. Work with contracts, frontend, risk, and compliance from testnet to mainnet.
Track Aave-class protocols, RWA / credit DeFi, and LatAm regulation. Recommend product trade-offs that can actually ship.
What you bring
3+ years in DeFi or on-chain financial products. You have independently shipped at least one of: lending, stablecoins, RWA, or points / token economies.
You can explain and implement TVL, utilization, rate models, liquidation thresholds, incentive leakage, Sybil attacks, and governance attacks.
Comfortable with EVM / Polygon product paths. You can sit with smart-contract engineers on requirements, edge cases, and upgrade plans.
You can compress a complex mechanism into a one-pager a founder, investor, or compliance officer can act on.
Fluent written English. Able to drive work across time zones with engineering and partners.
Nice to have
Fiat on/off-ramps in emerging markets, or work with licensed institutions and payment rails.
Hands-on token launch, liquidity mining, or points-to-token conversion.
Credit-on-chain products: SBTs, off-chain risk posted on-chain, account abstraction.
Spanish or Portuguese.
