HR Manager

Bhatti Oven Made Memories is a growing food and bakery brand focused on delivering delicious, high-quality products and memorable customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage our HR operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bakery, kitchen, production, sales, delivery, and support roles.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Monitor staff performance and support performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Plan employee engagement activities and help build a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Coordinate staffing requirements with management and department heads.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food, hospitality, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR processes.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced and growing workforce.
- Strong organizational and people-management skills.
