Your role in our team
Together with your team colleagues, you will support and maintain software solutions for innovative logistics systems for our national and international customers.
You will analyse incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions to ensure stable system operations.
As a full-stack developer, you will maintain, enhance and optimise existing applications in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript and 3-tier web architectures.
You will work closely with customers to resolve operational challenges and ensure the reliability and performance of productive systems.
You will implement change requests and enhancements within existing customer environments while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
You will work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases to support and improve application performance.
Your primary focus will be on application support, maintenance, incident management and continuous improvement of existing customer solutions rather than project-driven software implementations or greenfield development.
You are willing to participate in a 24x7 support rotation to ensure that business-critical customer systems remain operational.
Your profile
You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable programme, or you have completed vocational training in IT.
You have gained initial professional experience in software development, application support, software maintenance or IT operations.
Candidates with junior to mid-level experience who are eager to develop within a support-oriented role are encouraged to apply.
Experience with .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, databases or comparable technologies is beneficial.
Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git, SVN or similar tools is an advantage.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a structured approach to troubleshooting.
You possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working in an international environment.
You are fluent in English and are willing to participate in a 24x7 on-call and support model.
