About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of core modules within the Vendor Risk Management and Cybersecurity Risk Management SaaS platform.
The role involves making architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for enterprise GRC workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS solutions
Lead technical architecture decisions across frontend and backend systems
Build and maintain configurable/no-code workflow engines, including forms, questionnaires, and automated risk scoring
Own API design and integrations with third-party data sources, risk intelligence feeds, SSO, and compliance databases
Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance
Work with security frameworks and standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX-aligned practices
Drive code quality through code reviews, mentoring, TDD, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with Product Managers to convert business requirements into technical specifications
Optimize application performance for large enterprise datasets, including environments with 600K+ vendor records
Own and contribute to the technical roadmap for assigned platform modules
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional software development experience
1+ years of experience in an Architect/Technical Lead capacity
Strong backend development experience with .NET/C# or Java
Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular
Strong knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL
Experience with REST/GraphQL API design and development
Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, including deployment, scaling, and security
Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Experience with configurable/no-code platforms or workflow automation is a strong advantage
Understanding of enterprise security and compliance concepts such as SOC 2, GRC, Vendor Risk, and SSO/SAML
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or RegTech SaaS products
Experience designing and implementing multi-tenant SaaS architecture at scale
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with enterprise risk, compliance, or cybersecurity platforms
Candidate Profile
Please prioritize candidates who have strong experience in software architecture, backend development, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, API design, and technical leadership.
Candidates with experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS would be preferred.
