At Atriya Jaipur (atriyajaipur.com), we bridge timeless Indian craftsmanship with modern silhouettes. We work closely with skilled local artisans to take traditional hand-embroidery, crystal work, and metal craftsmanship to a contemporary global audience.
As we expand our collections, we are looking for a creative Freelance Product Designer to collaborate with us in designing fresh, trend-forward clutches, potlis, and statement evening bags.
What you'll be doing:
Developing distinctive design concepts, silhouettes, and material stories for festive, bridal, and contemporary evening collections.
Collaborating with our artisan clusters to translate sketches into sample prototypes and market-ready pieces.
Balancing commercial appeal, usability, and heirloom-level craft.
What we are looking for:
A strong eye for modern festive trends, structured silhouettes, and surface ornamentation (beadwork, pearls, crystals, zari).
Prior experience or a strong portfolio in handbag, bridal accessory, or luxury product design.
An understanding of material behavior (frames, fabrics, hardware, tassels, embellishments).
A shared passion for artisanal heritage and storytelling through design.
