About the Role
We are looking for an MIS Executive to support the registration and joining processes for NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs at Fortis Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Handle NAPS/NATS registration and related documentation.
Coordinate and complete the joining process and registration for candidates.
Maintain and update MIS, trackers, and records using MS Excel.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of required information.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for registration and joining formalities.
Visit another Fortis Hospital branch once a week as required for work-related activities.
Maintain proper records and reports related to apprenticeship registrations.
Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
Comfortable handling registration, documentation, and MIS-related work.
Own vehicle is mandatory as the role involves travelling to another branch once a week.
Candidates must be based in Bangalore.
Candidates from other locations who are not currently based in Bangalore are requested not to apply.
