We are hiring an NOC Engineer profile at SuperPlay Ltd.

• Job Type: Full Time Remote (Contractual)
• Working days: 5 days a week (Rotational Shift)
• Number of Position: 1
Role Purpose: The NOC Analyst role is a key part of our 24x7 Operations function. Having complete visibility of our Enterprise monitoring platforms, this function is critical in providing early visibility to our support teams of any pending issues that have the potential to impact our users, giving us the opportunity to proactively reduce service impact and maintain great user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• 24 x 7 monitoring of internal and client network, server infrastructure and systems using a variety of monitoring tools. Eg:- Graphana, Mix panel AWS,GCP etc.
• Respond (as defined in the procedural documentation) to alerts and messages by raising cases and assigning/escalating them to the required team.
• Log incidents.
• Following a check list process according to documented standards and in a timely fashion.
• Produce and distribute daily internal handovers.
• Escalation management.
Person Specification:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to maintain required productivity levels.
• Willingness to research and self-study to keep skills and knowledge relevant.
• Self-motivated, flexible in approach, enthusiastic team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, results driven.
• Methodical in approach and good attention to detail.
