Hiring Process Re-engineering professionals for big 4 firm in Mumbai
Min 10 years’ experience in business process discovery, process mining and process mapping - preferably in the financial services domain (Asset Management, Finance, Insurance). Hands-on experience with
BPMN
∙Other Skills and Experience
∙Hands-on experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end business process discovery,
mapping, and re-engineering projects.
∙Experience using industry standard tools for creating process maps and
documentation.
∙Ability to analyse business process data using Excel, PowerBI and equivalent tools to
identify areas of opportunity
∙Formal training in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and equivalent methodologies
∙Experience applying above methodologies on real projects
∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design and present a
compelling story to stakeholders
∙Strong understanding of digital and automation tools and platforms such as RPA,
Workflow platforms, Low Code tools, PowerApp, Scripting etc.
∙Good understanding of the capabilities and application of AI (including LLMs),
especially in the process re-engineering and automation domain
∙Strong stakeholder management experience
