💼 Process: Non-Voice / Chat Support
🏠 Domain: Premium Home Technology Support
💰 CTC: ₹30,000 per month
💸 Inhand: 23,000 During training l Post Training (25-26k)
📅 Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs
🚕 Cab: Available for odd-hour shifts for Female Candidates
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
What You'll Do:
• Handle customer queries through chat
• Assist customers with product, order & service-related concerns
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
• Maintain quality, empathy & professionalism in every interaction
