Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and hotel food service outlets, ensuring high-quality service and consistent guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Angul includes managing staff schedules, supervising service standards, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery. The role involves monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets to optimize cost control and revenue. The manager will train and mentor team members, implement hygiene and safety standards, handle guest feedback, and support promotional activities to enhance the food and beverage offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills, including menu understanding and service flow coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members in service standards and procedures.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, forecasting, and basic financial reporting for food and beverage operations.
Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
