Qualifications
Position: DFT Engineer
Experience: 3 - 7 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Location: As per client requirement
Strong foundation in test engineering, including experience in Test Engineering and Testing for semiconductor devices.
Hands-on experience with test execution processes, including Test Execution and working with automated test environments.
Ability to design, review, and optimize Test Cases, with a focus on structured and reusable test assets.
Knowledge of Functional Testing methodologies, including validation of device functionality against specifications.
Proficiency in DFT concepts (scan insertion, BIST, boundary scan), and familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, VLSI, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in test planning and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, TCL) and test automation frameworks is an advantage.
Prior exposure to semiconductor manufacturing test flows and yield improvement activities is beneficial.
