Role Description This is a full-time Junior Architect role in with primary office-based work in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting design presentations. Responsibilities include coordinating with senior architects, consultants, and vendors; preparing construction documentation; and contributing to design reviews. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as refining layouts, reviewing material options, updating project files, site coordination, site visits (in & outside city), client handling and ensuring design intent is maintained through different project phases. The Junior Architect will also help track project timelines, support project coordination, and maintain clear communication with the project team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, such as interoperability between CAD, BIM, and visualization software.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including client handling, organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, photshop,SketchUp, enscape/D5 ) and strong drafting and visualization abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team and receive constructive feedback.
Interest in sustainable design, local materials, and contemporary architectural practices in India is advantageous.
