Studio Manager

We're hiring a Studio Manager at Rock N' Roll Pad, Jaipur.
The best person for this job probably doesn't have "manager" on their CV yet. We're looking for 0–2 years of experience, and freshers are welcome.
About Rock N' Roll Pad
Rock N' Roll Pad is a dance and music studio in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, running for 6 years. Students come to us for for styles, e.g. Bollywood, hip-hop, contemporary, guitar, vocals, from first-timers to performers. Our Google reviews is 4.9 (with 596 reviews) are what we're proudest of, because they come from students who stayed. The studio is also home to Coco Wedding Choreography, our destination-wedding choreography brand.
What you'll own:
→ Leads & trials: answer every enquiry, book trials, follow up until they decide
→ Students: onboard new joiners, send renewal reminders, check in when someone stops showing up
→ Daily updates: stories and class clips for every batch
→ The studio: open at 12, keep the space ready between batches, close it clean
→ Records: payments, leads and student sheets updated every day
→ Reviews: ask happy students for genuine Google reviews
→ Schedules: coordinate teachers and keep students informed of any changes
You'll fit if you're organised, good with people, and already use AI tools like ChatGPT to get work done faster. If you can design, or understand design, that's a plus. You don't need to be a dancer.
Working days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 12 pm – 9 pm
Compensation: to be discussed at interview
