Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Consultant will advise corporate and individual clients on travel solutions, helping them design itineraries, select cost-effective options, and optimize travel spend in line with business objectives. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and travel plans, coordinating bookings with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth end-to-end trip execution. The role involves monitoring travel policies and compliance, resolving issues during travel, and providing proactive recommendations to improve efficiency and traveler satisfaction. The Consultant will also maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to enhance TQue3 Travel’s service offerings.
Qualifications
Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand complex travel needs and propose tailored solutions.
Experience in itinerary planning, fare comparison, and cost optimization, ideally within corporate or managed travel environments.
Proficiency with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and general computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on traveler safety and service quality.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors, and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
