Roles and responsibilities of the intern
To oversee and manage a team of interns, ensuring that they meet their individual and group targets.
To facilitate communication within the team and with other departments.
To provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and project status.
To assist in the training and development of team members.
To identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
