Full-Stack Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise across backend services, frontend development, API integration, and database technologies, with ownership across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Vue.js.
Build secure, reusable, and scalable REST APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services.
Develop and optimize data access using relational and NoSQL databases.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, code reviews, testing, release, and production support.
Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes within agreed service levels.
Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, source control, and deployment readiness.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and distributed delivery teams.
Must-Have Skills And Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
Practical experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript development.
Hands-on experience developing responsive user interfaces using Vue.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, integration, authentication, error handling, and security practices.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL, including SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
Proficiency with Git or an equivalent version-control platform.
Strong debugging, unit-testing, and application-support capabilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Apache Kafka or another event-streaming platform.
Exposure to microservices, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of automated testing, code-quality tools, and application performance monitoring.
Experience working in Agile or distributed delivery environments.
Engagement Details: Experience: 8+ years | Start: 2 November 2026 | Duration: 1 year, extendable | Location: Remote, India | Shift: Rotational/24x7 support, including on-call, weekend, and release coverage as required | Soft Skills: Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
